- The Cristal Quality Certificate. Cristal is the world leader in implementing integral environmental and health and safety risk management systems. The implementation of these systems has proven to be effective.
- The Primo Award. This prize was awarded to Sandos Caracol Beach Resort and Sandos Playacar Beach Resort & Spa by Thomas Cook as a result of the high levels of satisfaction shown by its clients with the hotels facilities, service, employees and cuisine.
